LUNCH CLASS

Monday to Friday - 12:00pm - 1:00pm

This is a 1-hour workout designed to be a short, high-intensity workout session during your lunch break. For all skill levels.

This class is reserved for active fighters and those on a competitive pathway. Training is structured, intense, and focused on performance, fight preparation, and execution under pressure.
